COVID-19 Update

Posted November 2021

As the COVID-19 pandemic drags on, the flexibility of our students is waning. We are slowly beginning to reintroduce in person tutoring. This can take place in your home, or in a public library or similar setting. Our children have lost so much in the last couple of years, this may be a step back towards normalcy. That being said, please know that we will continue to offer online services as well and can flex between the two settings as necessary. Please feel free to email with any questions.

COVID-19 Response

Here at ELM, we know the world has been turned on its head. We are trying to pivot with you all to continue to provide high quality services while keeping everyone safe and healthy. We are currently offering online tutoring services for the very first time. We began providing online tutoring back in March when the schools closed out of sheer necessity and it has been a steep learning curve. Over the past six months, however, we feel that we have truly improved our service delivery in this online model and are able to offer equally beneficial supports in this new reality. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about this model.

Girls on the Run Associate Board

Posted January 2020

Girls on the Run is a great organization that supports female youth in pursuing an active lifestyle while also building confidence, character, and connection. The mission of the organization is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. They run two, 10 week long, after school seasons annually. International programming serves over 200,000 girls annually.

The local council, Girls on the Run Rockies, provides scholarship to 70% of the program participants annually. In order to fund all of those scholarships, fund raising is necessary. The associate board does the lion’s share of that fundraising, and our owner is now serving on the Girls on the Run Associate Board!
